研究目的：

探究AIMS干预模式对胃癌术后患者的营养状况的影响，为提高胃癌术后出院患者在饮食调整及症状管理方面的自我效能和自我管理技能，并为饮食调整及症状管理在胃癌术后患者中的推广应用提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of the AIMS intervention model on the nutritional status of postoperative gastric cancer patients, to improve the self-efficacy and self-management skills of patients discharged from the hospital after gastric cancer surgery in terms of diet modification and symptom management, and to provide a scientific basis for the application of diet modification and symptom management in postoperative gastric cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①组织病理学显示病理结果为pTNM Ι-Ⅲ期；②年龄18-80岁；③自理能力良好，沟通没有障碍，回答问题清楚者；④自愿参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Histopathology showed pathological outcome of pTNM stage Ι-III; ② Age 18-80 years③ People who were able to take care of themselves, had no obstacles in communication and answered questions clearly; ④People who volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①住院期间有严重并发症；②干预期内正参与其他干预研究者；③既往有其他消化道恶性肿瘤者；④心、肝、脑、肾等重要脏器有严重功能疾病者；⑤有远处转移者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Severe complications during hospitalisation; ② Individuals who are participating in other intervention studies during the intervention period; ③Individuals with other previous gastrointestinal malignancies; ④Individuals with severe functional disease of vital organs such as the heart, liver, brain and kidneys; ⑤ Individuals with distant metastases.
