研究目的：

本研究旨在了解运动后低血压的机制及其影响因素，对运动后低血压各项生理指标进行信度检验，确定实验的可重复性，使运动后低血压的测量更加全面、准确，方便以后的研究人员可以直接按照本实验方法进行运动后低血压的探究，对研究运动后低血压具有重要的临床参考和科学应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to understand the mechanism of post-exercise hypotension and its influencing factors, to test the reliability of each physiological index of post-exercise hypotension, to determine the reproducibility of the experiment, to make the measurement of post-exercise hypotension more comprehensive and accurate, to facilitate future researchers to directly follow this experimental method to investigate post-exercise hypotension, and to have important clinical reference and scientific application value for the study of post-exercise hypotension.

纳入标准：

年龄介于 20-40 岁自愿参与本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

Those aged between 20-40 years volunteered to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.高血压患者；
2.每周参与中等强度运动超过两小时者；
3.有中风、严重心脏病、糖尿病、神经肌肉疾患，以致无法参与身体活动者；
4.肾脏、膀胱结石者；
5.心律不整、配带心律调节器、严重心血管疾病者；
6.癫痫、类风湿性关节炎者；
7.近六个月植入人工关节、近期手术者；
8.偏头痛、急性血栓及疝气者；
10.实验期间因其他原因造成身体不适者；
11.过度肥胖者 BMI>30，且受试者体重超过100 公斤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypertension;
2. Those who participate in moderate intensity exercise for more than two hours per week;
3.People with stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular disorders that prevent them from participating in physical activity;
4. People with kidney or bladder stones;
5. Persons with cardiac arrhythmia, pacemakers or severe cardiovascular disease;
6. Persons with epilepsy, rheumatoid arthritis;
7. Implantation of artificial joints in the last six months, recent surgery;
8. Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia;
9. Persons who have engaged in strenuous exercise or muscle pain within 24 hours prior to the experiment;
10. Any other reason for physical discomfort during the experiment;
11. Excessively obese individuals with a BMI > 30 and subjects weighing more than 100 kg.
