研究目的：

1、瑞马唑仑复合舒芬太尼用于儿童患者支气管镜检查时的半数有效剂量（ED50）及95%有效剂量（ED95）； 2、探究甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于儿童支气管镜检查的镇静成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. 50% effective dose (ED50) and 95% effective dose (ED95) of remazolam combined with sufentanil for bronchoscopy in children; 2. To explore the sedation success rate of rematazolam toluene sulfonate in children undergoing bronchoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑是一种新型的速效、短效的苯二氮卓类药物。与其他苯二氮卓类药物一样，是短效的GABAA受体激动剂，通过与GABAA受体结合，增加神经细胞氯离子内流，引发细胞超极化，增强中枢神经系统抑制，从而发挥镇静作用。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Rimazolom toluenesulfonate is a new type of benzodiazepine which is quick acting and short acting. Like other benzodiazepines, it is a short acting GABAA receptor agonist. By binding with GABAA receptor, it can increase the chloride influx of nerve cells, induce cell hyperpolarization, enhance the inhibition of central nervous system, and play a sedative role.  

纳入标准：

1）年龄1-6周岁，性别不限；
2）接受常规支气管镜检查的患儿；
3）美国麻醉医师协会ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级；
4）BMI 18-30kg/m2；
5）知情同意，自愿参加该试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 1-6, both sexes;
2) Children undergoing routine bronchoscopy;
3) American Society of Anesthesiologists ASAⅠ or Ⅱ;
4) BMI 18-30kg/m2;
5) Informed consent, volunteer to participate in the trial, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1）对苯二氮卓类药物、阿片类药物、丙泊酚、利多卡因及其药物组分过敏或有禁忌者；
2）贫血或者血小板减少，Hb＜90g/L，PLT＜80×109/L；
3）肝功能异常，AST和/或ALT≥2.5×ULN，TBIL≥1.5×ULN；
4）肾功能异常，血肌酐大于正常值上限；
5）有严重先天性心脏病者；
6）重症肺炎呼吸困难，未吸氧状态下SpO2＜90%者；
7）怀疑有哮喘、外源性气道异物、气管支气管狭窄、肺发育不良、肺气肿、气道占位性病变及咯血者；
8）有神经肌肉系统疾病、精神疾病者；
9）怀疑有滥用麻醉性镇痛药或镇静药者；
10）预测可能发生或曾发生困难气道者；
11）预计支气管镜检查或治疗时间大于30min者；
12）研究者认为不宜参加本研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, lidocaine and their drug components;
2) Anemia or thrombocytopenia, Hb < 90g/L, PLT < 80×109/L;
3) Abnormal liver function, AST and/or ALT≥2.5×ULN, TBIL≥1.5×ULN;
4) Abnormal renal function, serum creatinine greater than the upper limit of normal;
5) Patients with severe congenital heart disease;
6) Severe pneumonia with dyspnea and SpO2 < 90% without oxygen inhalation;
7) Suspected asthma, exogenous airway foreign body, tracheobronchial stenosis, pulmonary dysplasia, emphysema, airway space-occupying lesions and hemoptysis;
8) Patients with neuromuscular system diseases or mental diseases;
9) Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives;
10) Those who are predicted to have or have had difficult airway;
11) The expected time of bronchoscopy or treatment is greater than 30 minutes;
12) Subjects deemed unfit to participate in this study by the investigator.
