研究目的：

①观察盐酸奥洛他定片联合依巴斯汀片比较单用盐酸奥洛他进行研究，在治疗慢性湿疹安全性良好基础上，是否能提升临床疗效。 ②检测治疗前后患者血清中 Ig-E、嗜酸性粒细胞和 IL-6的变化，以探讨治疗该病可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

① To observe whether the combination of loratadine hydrochloride and ebastine tablets can improve clinical efficacy on the basis of good safety in the treatment of chronic eczema compared to the study of alone using loratadine hydrochloride. ② The changes of Ig-E, eosinophils, and IL-6 in serum of patients before and after treatment were detected to explore the possible mechanism of treatment for this disease.

纳入标准：

①年龄18～60周岁；②签署知情同意书自愿加入本次研究者；
③参照慢性2017年赵辨主编的《中国临床皮肤病学》（出版社：江苏凤凰科学技术出版社，版次：第2版）湿疹的诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 18-60 years old; ② Sign an informed consent form to voluntarily join the study;
③ Refer to the diagnostic criteria for eczema in "Chinese Clinical Dermatology" (published by Jiangsu Phoenix Science and Technology Press, edition: 2nd edition), edited by Zhao Bian in 2017.

排除标准：

①妊娠或哺乳期妇女；②对试验药物过敏或对药物成分过敏的；③近两周内服用过内固醇药物，和/或一周内使用过抗组胺药物或外用内固醇药物；④排除合并有如心血管，脑，肝，肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病的。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant or lactating women; ② Allergic to the test drug or to the drug components; ③ Have taken steroids within the past two weeks, and/or have used antihistamines or topical steroids within one week; ④ Excluding those with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, brain, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems.
