研究目的：

评价匙倍乐在过敏高风险婴幼儿中使用的可行性和安全性，比较匙倍乐服用组和对照组对8大易致敏食物的耐受情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the adverse events / allergic reactions and tolerance to predefined food groups of interest between the two groups and to assess the feasibility and safety of regular use of Spoonfulone among high-risk infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 经过敏风险量表筛查有过敏风险的婴儿；
2) 在4～6月龄之间；
3) 还未添加辅食；
4) 早产儿（矫正年龄）或足月分娩；
5）家属知情并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1）Infants at risk for allergies screened by the allergy risk scale;
2）Between 4 and 6 months of age;
3）Complementary foods have not been added;
4）Premature (corrected for age) or full-term;
5）Family informed and signed the consent form.

排除标准：

1) 先天性畸形；
2) 合并严重脏器疾病；
3) 合并免疫疾病血液系统疾病佝偻病、神经系统疾病、严重感染、恶性肿瘤等疾病;
4) 正在使用免疫抑制药物、抗组胺药物及糖皮质激素进行治疗；
5）胃食管反流；
6）当下有湿疹的症状或曾经有过中重度湿疹。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Congenital malformation;
2）Severe organ disease;
3）Immune diseases, hematological diseases, rickets, neurological diseases, severe infection, malignancies, etc.;
4）Currently under treatment with immunosuppressive drugs, antihistamines, and glucocorticoids;
5）Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD);
6）Active eczema within two weeks or a history of moderate to severe eczema.
