研究目的：

1）在中医理论指导下，可望合理解释CLMD从和解少阳、镇惊安神论治精神分裂的分子机制。2）基于代谢组学分析CLMD干预精神分裂症患者治疗前后的代谢物差异性，研究精神分裂症潜在标志物及CLMD治疗后相关代谢产物变化规律，为精神分裂症的发病机制及CLMD治疗代谢途径提供科学依据，为CLMD治疗精神分裂症提供新的切入靶点和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory, it is possible to reasonably explain the molecular mechanism of CLMD in treating schizophrenia by reconciling Shaoyang and calming nerves. 2) Based on metabolomics analysis of the differences in metabolites before and after CLMD intervention in schizophrenia patients, this study aims to investigate the potential biomarkers of schizophrenia and the changes in related metabolites after CLMD treatment, providing scientific basis for the pathogenesis of schizophrenia and the metabolic pathways of CLMD treatment, and providing new entry points and ideas for CLMD treatment of schizophrenia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合ICD-10中精神分裂症的诊断标准；年龄18-60岁；患者及家属充分了解研究项目，并愿意参加整个实验；入组前一个月内未服用任何抗精神病药物及中药，且既往未接受过无抽搐电休克治疗；法定监护人签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Conform to the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in ICD-10; Age 18-60; Patients and their families fully understand the research project and are willing to participate in the whole experiment; No antipsychotic drugs or traditional Chinese medicine were taken within one month before enrollment, and no convulsive electroconvulsive therapy was received in the past; The legal guardian signs the written informed consent.

排除标准：

不符合以上纳入标准；不能遵守研究要求者；有重大躯体疾病、脑器质性疾病或颅脑外伤者；社会功能严重受损或因精神症状不能配合者；严重的心、肝、肾功能障碍者；准备妊娠、妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Not meeting the above inclusion criteria; Those who fail to comply with the research requirements; Major body disease, brain organic disease or brain trauma; Those whose social function is seriously impaired or who cannot cooperate due to mental symptoms; Serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; Prepare pregnant, pregnant or lactating women.
