研究目的：

通过传统体育运动太极扇干预自闭症儿童，观察在原有康复训练的基础上进行传统体育运动治疗自闭症的疗效，以及接受干预的自闭症儿童相较于对照组（接受正常康复训练）儿童肠道菌群的不同与改变  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy of traditional sports for the treatment of autism in children with autism through traditional sports, Tai Chi fan, and the differences and changes of intestinal flora in children with autism who received the intervention compared to the control group (who received normal rehabilitation training)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：6-17 岁
②符合上述自闭症诊断标准
③受试者家长或监护人自愿签订知情同意书，承诺全程参加实验
④生活作息规律
⑤轻度、中度自闭症儿童

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 6-17 years old
②Meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for autism
③Subjects' parents or guardians voluntarily signed the informed consent form and committed to participate in the whole experiment
④Living and resting regularly
⑤ Children with mild or moderate autism

排除标准：

①有心、肝、脑、肾、造血系统疾病者
②有合并其他精神系统疾病或神经发育障碍
③身体存在残疾缺陷，或有骨关节疾病无法进行运动干预
④拥有规律的运动习惯
⑤肠胃代谢类疾病、肠易激惹综合征、食物过敏、贫血、癫痫
⑥具有特殊饮食习惯：如生酮饮食、无麸质饮食、高蛋白饮食等
⑦服用抗精神病类药物

Exclusion criteria：

① heart, liver, brain, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases
② Have a combination of other mental system diseases or neurodevelopmental disorders
③Physical disabilities or bone and joint diseases that prevent sports intervention
④Have regular exercise habits
⑤ Gastrointestinal metabolic diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, food allergy, anemia, epilepsy
⑥Have special dietary habits: e.g. ketogenic diet, gluten-free diet, high-protein diet, etc.
⑦Take antipsychotic drugs
