研究目的：

研究目的： 1.主要目的:探索无症状重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者早期干预是否获益； 2.次要目的:(1)观察在真实世界中使用启明医疗经导管主动脉瓣置换系统及其配套器械治疗无症状和有症状重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者的长期效果；(2)探索无症状重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The major objective is to explore whether early intervention in patients with asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis is beneficial. Secondary objectives include: (1) To observe the long-term effect of using the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement System (Venus Medtech) and its supporting instruments to treat asymptomatic and symptomatic patients with severe aortic valve stenosis in the real world; (2) To explore the risk factors of asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受试者必须符合以下所有标准：
1.受试者年龄≥18岁；
2.受试者超声心动图诊断为重度主动脉瓣狭窄
定义为：
主动脉瓣瓣口面积（AVA）＜1.0cm2，或主动脉瓣口面积指数（AVAi）< 0.6cm2/m2；
或，主动脉瓣峰值流速（Vmax）≥4m/s；
或，主动脉瓣平均跨瓣压差（MPG）≥40mmHg；
3.受试者伴或不伴主动脉瓣狭窄的症状，包括：胸闷或胸痛、气促或呼吸困难、晕厥；
4.受试者或受试者的法定代表知晓本研究的性质、同意本研究的全部条款，并签署经各临床中心伦理委员会批准的知情同意书；
5.受试者愿意按照研究要求完成所有临床随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years;
2. Echocardiography revealed severe aortic valve stenosis
Defined as:
Aortic Valve Area (AVA) < 1.0cm2, or Aortic Valve Area index (AVAi) < 0.6cm2/m2;
Or, Aortic Valve Peak Velocity (Vmax) >= 4m/s;
Or, Mean Trans-mitral Pressure Gradient (MPG) of aortic valve >= 40mmHg;
3. Subjects with or without clinical symptoms, including chest tightness or chest pain, shortness of breath or dyspnea, and syncope;
4. The subject or his/her legal agent knows the nature of the study and agrees to participate in all the terms of the study, and signs the informed consent form approved by the ethics committee of each clinical center;
5. The subject agrees to participate in all follow-up visits according to the study protocol.

排除标准：

1.受试者或受试者的法定代表不愿签署知情同意书；
2.受试者因各种原因无法遵守研究方案、以及完成所有临床随访；
3.研究者评估受试者不适合接受经导管主动脉瓣置换术治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject or his/her legal agent is unwilling to sign the informed consent form;
2. Inability to comply with the study protocol or complete follow-up;
3. The investigator deems the subject inappropriate to accept transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
