Implement interventions to alleviate the work stress in nurses returning to work

纳入标准：

(1) 返岗的产后护士；
(2) 能看懂中文和讲普通话；
(3) 能够独立完成相关问卷调查；
(4) 自愿参加这项研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Nurses returning to work after childbirth;
2. Subjects who can understand Chinese and speak Putonghua;
3. The subjects who can complete the relevant questionnaire independently;
4. Volunteers for this study.

排除标准：

(1) 参与过其他相关课题的研究；
(2) 正在接受心理相关治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects who have participated in the research of other related subjects;
2. Subjects receiving psychorelated therapy currently.
