研究目的：

本课题旨在建立我国儿童AAV肾损伤注册登记系统，联合全国多家中心进行AAV肾损伤注册登记，建立中国儿童AAV肾损伤队列，为中国儿童AAV肾损伤的诊断和治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to establish a registration system for AAV renal injury in children in China, to register AAV renal injury with multiple centers across the country, and to establish a cohort of AAV renal injury in children in China, so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of AAV renal injury in children in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）起病年龄为5-18岁；
2）符合2012年美国Chapel Hill会议ANCA相关性血管炎的分类标准，诊断为ANCA相关性血管炎，合并或不合并肾脏损害者；

Inclusion criteria

1) The onset age was 5-18 years old;

2) Conforming to the classification criteria of ANCA related vasculitis of the 2012 American Chapel Hill Conference, the patient was diagnosed as ANCA related vasculitis, with or without kidney damage.

排除标准：

1）排除继发性血管炎（如系统性红斑狼疮、过敏性紫癜、药物、肿瘤、感染、原发性免疫缺陷等）
2）合并原发性肾脏疾病者（如IgA肾病、膜性肾病和抗肾小球基底膜肾炎等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Exclude secondary vasculitis (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic purpura, drugs, tumors, infections, primary immunodeficiency, etc.)

2) Patients with primary renal diseases (such as IgA nephropathy, membranous nephropathy and anti glomerular basement membrane nephritis).
