研究目的：

探索TKA术中PRP创面喷洒与PRP关节腔内注射的疗效差别，对TKA术中联合应用PRP的疗效进行验证并探讨PRP是否可以加速TKA术后康复，为临床TKA术中如何使用PRP提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the difference between the efficacy of PRP wound spraying and PRP intra-articular injection during TKA, to verify the efficacy of combined application of PRP during TKA, and to explore whether PRP can accelerate the recovery after TKA, so as to provide a reference for the use of PRP during clinical TKA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①根据相关诊断标准确诊为单侧膝骨性关节炎且经保守治疗无效；
②需行TKA且是初次行TKA；
③临床资料完整;
④年龄≥55岁；
⑤同意参加本临床试验并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① According to the relevant diagnostic criteria, the patient was diagnosed as unilateral knee osteoarthritis and failed to respond to conservative treatment;
② TKA is required and it is the first TKA;
③ Complete clinical data;
④ Age ≥55 years;
⑤ Agreed to participate in the clinical trial and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①存在语言、认知、沟通障碍者；
②伴有神经类精神疾病；
③合并下肢其他关节功能障碍者;
④合并类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等风湿免疫疾病；
⑤合并严重心肺疾病、肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤等疾病不能耐受手术；
⑥既往有膝关节手术史；
⑦伴有严重凝血功能障碍者；
⑧伴有感染未控制者；
⑨近期发生过心脑事件者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those with language, cognition and communication disorders;
② accompanied by neurological psychiatric diseases;
③ Patients with dysfunction of other joints of lower limbs;
④ Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other rheumatoid immune diseases;
⑤ Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, and malignant tumors cannot tolerate surgery;
⑥ Previous history of knee surgery;
⑦ accompanied by severe coagulation dysfunction;
⑧ with uncontrolled infection;
⑨ Those who have recently experienced heart or brain events.
