研究目的：

本研究恢复及稳定正常阴道微生态环境为理论依据，拟采用检测妊娠晚期正常人群阴道微生态、妊娠期细菌性阴道病阴道微生态环境以及针对脾虚型带下病应用完带汤孕妇的阴道微生态、乙型链球菌（GBS）、血清促炎因子（IL-6、TNF）及阴道菌群种类以及丰度检测，从多方面明确完带汤对恢复及稳定妊娠期阴道微生态的作用机制，应用副作用较小的中药治疗妊娠期细菌性阴道病，从恢复细菌性阴道病的阴道微生态环境的提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Restoring and stabilizing normal vaginal microecological environment is the theoretical basis of this study. The vaginal microecology, type B streptococcus (GBS), serum pro-inflammatory factor (IL-6, TNF), and vaginal microflora and abundance of pregnant women who had been treated with decoction for subcutaneous diseases with spleen deficiency were tested. It clarified the mechanism of action of Wandai Decoction on restoring and stabilizing vaginal microecology during pregnancy from various aspects, applied Chinese medicine with less side effects to treat bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy, and provided theoretical basis for restoring

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

完带汤：白术30g，山药15g、人参6g，车前子10g，白芍15g，苍术10g，甘草6g，陈皮6g，柴胡6g、荆芥6g]。甘肃中医药大学附属医院中药房提供，并由煎药房统一熬制，每剂2袋，150ml/袋。服用方法：每次1袋，每天2次，饭后温服，7天一疗程，连用2-4个疗程。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Wandai Decoction: Atractylodes sinensis 30g, Yam 15g, ginseng 6g, plantain seed 10g, Paeony 15g, atractylodes atractylodes 10g, licorice 6g, Tangerine peel 6g, bupleurum 6g, Nepeta sinensis 6g]. Provided by the pharmacy of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine, and uniformly cooked by the decocting room, each dose is 2 bags, 150ml/ bag. Dosage: 1 bag each time, 2 times a day, warm after meals, 7 days a course of treatment, 2-4 courses. 

纳入标准：

纳入标准
（1）符合中医、西医诊断标准，中医辨证属脾虚证者；
（2）年龄介于20-40岁之间，32≥孕龄≥37周；
（3）于甘肃中医药大学附属医院赵粉琴副教授门诊接受治疗，持续服用完带汤者；
（4）自愿同意加入本次研究，并签署相关知情同意书，愿意承担有可能出现的后果及风险；
（5）能坚持完成本研究治疗所需要的全部疗程，并按规定接受治疗、观察及检查者；
（6）愿意密切配合随访者；
（7）未合并使用其他激素类药物及中药治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria
(1) Those who meet the diagnostic standards of TCM and Western medicine, and the syndrome differentiation of TCM is spleen deficiency;
(2) Age between 20 and 40 years old, 32≥ 37 weeks of gestation;
(3) Patients who received treatment in the outpatient department of Associate Professor Zhao Fanqin in the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine and continued to take the soup;
(4) Voluntarily agree to join this study, sign relevant informed consent, and be willing to bear the possible consequences and risks;
(5) Those who can insist on completing all courses of treatment required by this study and receive treatment, observation and examination as required;
(6) Willing to cooperate closely with interviewees;
(7) Patients who did not use other hormone drugs and traditional Chinese medicine for treatment.

排除标准：

排除标准
（1）不符合西医诊断标准及中医辨证者。
（2）合并其他生殖道炎症，如外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病、滴虫性阴道炎的患者；
（3）自身免疫性疾病等引起免疫力低下疾病患者；
（4）前置胎盘反复阴道出血者：
（5）妊娠期糖尿病：
（6）一周内同房；
（7）近期曾采用同类药物治疗，口服或阴道外用相关或相拮抗作用药物，而致药物疗效难以判定者或未按规定用药，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。
（8）对多种药物过敏者；
（9）未按时用药，无法判断疗效者；
（10）过敏体质或对研究药物过敏者；
（11）无法合作者，如合并神经、精神疾患、或不愿合作者；

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria
(1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic standards of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation.
(2) Patients with other genital tract inflammation, such as vulvovaginal candidiasis and trichomoniasis vaginitis;
(3) Patients with autoimmune diseases and other diseases causing low immunity;
(4) Repeated vaginal bleeding of placenta previa:
(5) gestational diabetes mellitus
(6) Having sex within one week;
(7) Patients who have recently taken similar drugs for treatment, oral or vaginal external use of related or antagonistic drugs, and it is difficult to judge the efficacy of drugs or do not use drugs according to regulations, unable to judge the efficacy or incomplete data affect the efficacy or safety.
(8) Allergic to multiple drugs;
(9) Patients who fail to take medication on time and cannot judge the efficacy;
(10) Allergic constitution or allergic to the study drug;
(11) Unable to cooperate, such as complicated with neurological or mental diseases, or unwilling to cooperate;
