评估右美托咪定或舒芬太尼分别作为局麻药佐剂于硬膜外分娩镇痛对孕产妇和新生儿结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Assessment of the effects of dexmedetomidine or sufentanil as local anesthetic adjuvants in epidural labor analgesia on maternal and neonatal outcomes, respectively.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

硬膜外分娩镇痛下阴道分娩的单胎产妇。

Inclusion criteria

Singleton women delivered vaginally under epidural labor analgesia.

排除标准：

1.双胎产妇；
2.患有严重系统性疾病并导致功能障碍的产妇（ASA＞Ⅲ）；
3.胎儿畸形发育异常

Exclusion criteria：

1. twin births;
2. mothers with severe systemic diseases resulting in dysfunction (ASA > III);
3. fetal malformations with abnormal development.
