研究目的：

通过fNIRS检测健康人接受针刺双侧风池穴后的大脑皮层血流改变，探究针刺风池穴对不同大脑皮层的激活，为阐明针刺风池穴对于人体的效应提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The fNIRS was used to detect the changes of cerebral cortex blood flow in healthy people after receiving acupuncture at bilateral Fengchi points, explore the activation of acupuncture at Fengchi points on different cerebral cortex, and provide basis for clarifying the effect of acupuncture at Fengchi points on human body.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18-65岁(18岁之前中枢神经系统发育尚不完善，65岁之后大脑可能存在生理性萎缩)，受教育年限≥6年； ②右利手； ③经健康体检证实属于身体健康范畴，无严重心、肝、肺、肾等内科疾病，无任何器质性疾病； ④无精神病史、癫痫史、神经系统疾病史，能配合完成研究，简明精神状况量表 (mini-mental state examination，MMSE)得分≥27分； ⑤自愿参加本试验。

Inclusion criteria

① 18-65 years old (the central nervous system development is not yet complete before the age of 18, and there may be physiological atrophy of the brain after the age of 65), with an education period of ≥ 6 years; ② Right-handed; ③ After physical examination, it has been confirmed that it belongs to the category of physical health, without any internal diseases such as severe center of gravity, liver, lung, kidney, or any organic diseases; ④ No history of psychosis, epilepsy or nervous system disease, able to cooperate in completing the study, and scored ≥ 27 points on the mini mental state examination (MMSE); ⑤ Volunteer to participate in this experiment.

排除标准：

①现有或既往有器质性或功能性疾病者； ②妊娠期妇女； ③不能配合完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Existing or previous organic or functional diseases; ② Pregnant women; ③ Those who cannot cooperate to complete the experiment.

针刺干预前休息 5s，研究者精准定位风池穴，皮肤常规消毒后，将华佗牌针灸针 (0.25 mm×40mm，苏州医疗用品厂有限公司) 向对侧鼻尖方向刺入风池穴，进针约20mm(0.8寸)，此过程费时30s，使其得气，休息 30s，进行提插捻转等手法操作30s，然后再次重复两次，休息 30s 后拔出针灸针，记录完毕，用消毒棉签按压片刻，关闭近红外检测仪，取下头帽。

Intervention：

After resting for 5s before acupuncture intervention, the researcher accurately positioned Fengchi point. After routine disinfection of skin, Huatuo brand acupuncture and moxibustion needle (0.25 mm × 40mm, Suzhou Medical Supplies Factory Co., Ltd.) to the opposite nasal tip, about 20mm (0.8 inches) into Fengchi point. This process takes 30s to get qi, rest for 30s, carry out lifting, inserting, twisting and other manipulations for 30s, and then repeat twice again. After a rest of 30s, pull out the acupuncture and moxibustion needle. After recording, press with a sterile cotton swab for a moment, close the near-infrared detector, and take off the head cap.

假针干预前休息 5s，研究者精准定位风池穴向外旁开 2cm 处 (非经非穴处) ，皮肤常规消毒后，将假针的针座底部粘贴到该处，取出针头为钝头的假针 (0.3mm×40 毫米，苏 州针灸用品有限公司)，针头沿着针座上的针管进入针座底部，使皮肤产生痛感，但不刺破皮肤，此过程费时30s，休息 30s，假手法操作30s，然后再次重复两次，休息30s后拔出针灸针，记录完毕，用消毒棉签按压片刻，关闭近红外检测仪，取下头帽。

Intervention：

Before the intervention of the fake needle, rest for 5 seconds. The researchers accurately located the Fengchi acupoint and opened it 2cm outward (not through non acupoints). After routine disinfection of the skin, the bottom of the fake needle base was pasted onto this area, and the fake needle with a blunt head (0.3mm) was removed × 40mm, Suzhou acupuncture and moxibustion Supplies Co., Ltd.), the needle enters the bottom of the needle holder along the needle tube on the needle holder, making the skin feel painful, but not piercing the skin. This process takes 30s, takes a rest of 30s, and operates with sham manipulation of 30s, and then repeats twice. After a rest of 30s, pull out the acupuncture and moxibustion needle. After recording, press for a moment with a sterile cotton swab, close the near-infrared detector, and remove the head cap.
