研究目的：

以LN中医证型与应用机器视觉技术客观化辨证为切入点，以海口、三亚籍汉族LN患者及健康对照者为研究对象，通过流行病学/DME/物理光学等研究方法对大样本资料研究确定基本中医症候和证型，比较分析海南地区亚热带和热带地区LN症候和证型的分布，从环境因素、民族因素等方面对LN中医症候、证型建立资料库，并建立基于中医证候为基础的LN的流行病学资源库，为机器学习等人工智能技术在中医诊断客观化应用研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking the LN TCM certificate type and the application of machine vision technology as the starting point, taking the Han LN patients and healthy controllers of Haikou and Sanya as the research objects, the basic TCM symptoms and symptoms were determined by epidemiology/DME/physical optics and other research methods, the distribution of LN symptoms and syndromes in subtropical and tropical regions of Hainan was compared and analyzed, and a database of LN TCM symptoms and evidence types was established from environmental factors and ethnic factors. It also establishes an epidemiological resource library based on LN based on TCM syndrome, laying a foundation for the application of artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning in TCM diagnosis.

纳入标准：

符合系统性红斑狼疮西医诊断标准；自愿参与本研究（签署知情同意书）的患者均纳入；年龄在 30-70 岁的人群。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for systemic lupus erythematosus; All patients who voluntarily participated in the study (signed informed consent) were included; People aged 30-70.

排除标准：

合并其他结缔组织疾病；心脑血管、造血系统等其他严重疾病。妊娠或哺乳期妇女；合并有神经、精神疾患；或不能配合本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with other connective tissue diseases; Other serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and hematopoietic system. Pregnant or lactating women; Combined with neurological and mental disorders; Or unable to cooperate with this test.
