研究目的：

验证移动健康干预的有效性，并探究MTM理论的作用机制； 探讨干预不同家庭类型受试者的最佳方式，为未来实施无烟家庭建设提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

Verify the effectiveness of mobile health interventions and explore the mechanism of action of MTM theory; To explore the best way to intervene subjects of different family types, and to provide a basis for the implementation of smoke-free family construction in the future

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①父亲、母亲和孩子在过去30天里均居住在家中；②父亲在过去30天内每天吸烟1支或以上，母亲不吸烟；③父母双方有智能手机，熟悉一般的微信功能；④父母双方签署知情同意书并自愿参加本研究

Inclusion criteria

①Father, mother and child have all lived at home in the past 30 days; ②Father has smoked 1 or more cigarettes per day in the past 30 days, and mother does not smoke; ③Both parents have smartphones and are familiar with general WeChat functions; ④Signature of both parents Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study

排除标准：

①父亲或母亲患有严重的心、脑、肺、血液系统疾病者；②父亲或母亲有精神疾病等病史，不能理解和回答问题；③父亲曾参加过其他类似的戒烟项目。

Exclusion criteria：

① The father or mother suffers from serious heart, brain, lung, blood system diseases; ② The father or mother has a history of mental illness and cannot understand and answer questions; ③ The father has participated in other similar smoking cessation programs.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究过程中产生数据将妥善保存在数据库中，在按要求完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，将分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案均按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data generated during the research process will be properly stored in the database. After completing the data entry and verification as required, it will be archived and stored in the order of the numbers, and filled in with the retrieval catalogue for future reference. Electronic data files, including databases, analysis programs, analysis results, codebooks and description files, etc., will be classified and stored, and multiple backups will be stored on different disks or recording media to be properly stored to prevent damage.
