研究目的：

本研究拟为合并脑卒中行非心脏、非颅内手术患者建立术后神经系统并发症发生的风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to establish a risk prediction model for postoperative neurological complications in patients with stroke undergoing non-cardiac and non-neuro surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁； 2. 既往临床确诊脑卒中病史（包括缺血性脑卒中、蛛网膜下腔出血、脑出血或其他类型脑卒中）或本次入院影像证据发现既往有脑卒中者（包括腔隙性脑梗死）； 3. 拟接受非心脏、非颅内手术； 4. 同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. With a history of stroke (including ischemic stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, or other types of stroke) or imaging evidence of a stroke (including lacunar infarction) when admission; 3. Under non-cardiac and non-neuro surgery; 4. Patients agreed to join in this research.

排除标准：

1）门诊手术； 2）被诊断为脑卒中急性期； 3）由于语言、视觉或听觉障碍无法完成神经认知或谵妄评估； 4）精神分裂症患者； 5）存在认知功能障碍，如昏迷或者痴呆; 6）参与其他研究项目； 7）ASA 分级 ≥ 4; 8）研究者认为患者不宜参加本研究的其它原因，该原因必须明确且详细记录在CRF中。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Outpatient clinic surgery; 2) acute stroke; 3) Poor hearing, vision or language barrier impeding cognitive assessment; 4) History of schizophrenia; 5) With cognitive dysfunction, e.g. coma or dementia 6) Participate in other research. 7) ASA ≥ 4; 8) Other reasons excluded that researchers approved, the reasons should be record in CRF.
