评价博乐达博乐达30%超分子水杨酸联合10%烟酰胺治疗黄褐斑的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bologda Bologda 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with 10% nicotinamide in the treatment of melasma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

试验组： 疗程：博乐达30%超分子水杨酸两周治疗一次，共8次。 家居产品使用方法：早晚贝德玛系列产品洁面后，博乐达10%超分子烟酰胺和贝德玛保湿霜，白天需要使用防晒霜。 对照组： 疗程：博乐达30%超分子水杨酸模拟用药两周治疗一次，共8次。 家居产品使用方法：早晚贝德玛系列产品洁面后，博乐达10%超分子烟酰胺模拟药和贝德玛保湿霜，白天需要使用防晒霜。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Treatment group: Course of treatment: Bole DA 30% supramolecular salicylic acid once a fortnight, a total of 8 times. Usage: Morning and night after facial cleansing, Bleta 10% supramolecular nicotinamide and Bedma moisturizer, need to use sunscreen during the day. Control group: Course of treatment: Bole DA 30% supramolecular salicylic acid was simulated for two weeks, 8 times in total. How to use: After cleansing morning and evening, Bloda 10% supramolecular nicotinamide mimic and Bedma moisturizer, sunscreen is needed during the day. 

纳入标准：

1、年龄在25-55岁女性患者；
2、面部淡褐色至深褐色、界限清楚的斑片，对称性分布；
3、皮肤无炎症、鳞屑及明显不适症状；
4、成年后出现的面部色斑；
5、受试者自愿参加并需签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Female patients aged 25-55 years;

2, facial pale brown to dark brown, clearly defined patches, symmetrical distribution;

3. No skin inflammation, scaling and obvious discomfort symptoms;

4. Facial discoloration in adulthood;

5 Participants are voluntary and need to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、有30%博乐达超分子水杨酸用药史；
2、活动性单纯疱疹、疣；
3、近期有面部手术史者；
4、近半年口服避孕药；
5、近三个月口服过维A酸类药物；
6、每天户外工作超过两个小时者、日晒伤、对光防护不够者；
7、水杨酸过敏者；
8、研究者认为不适合入组的受试者；
9、孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
10、治疗前有血栓形成、心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑缺血病史者；
11、颧部褐青色痣、Riehl黑变病及色素性光化性扁平苔藓等引起的色素沉着及所用激素和化妆品引起的黄褐斑；
12、近三个月口服过氨甲环酸等美白类产品；
13、近三个月外用抗氧化类或美白产品；
14、精神异常，如情绪、皮肤敏感等；
15、光敏感性皮肤病、SLE、皮肌炎、硬皮病、类风湿性关节炎；
16、激光术后半年内；
17、对疗效的期望值过高以及不配合治疗前后拍摄者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid;

2. Active herpes simplex and warts;

3. Recent history of facial surgery;

4. Oral contraceptives for nearly half a year;

5. Oral tretinoin in the past three months;

6. Working outdoors for more than two hours a day, sunburn, or insufficient light protection;

7, salicylic acid allergy;

8. Subjects deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher;

9. Pregnant and lactating women;

10. Patients with history of thrombosis, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction or cerebral ischemia before treatment;

11. Pigmentation caused by nevus fuscozygomaticus, Riehl's melanosis and pigmentotic actinic lichen planus, and melasma caused by the used hormones and cosmetics;

12. Oral administration of tranexamic acid and other whitening products in the past three months;

13. Apply antioxidant or whitening products for external use in the past three months;

14, mental abnormalities, such as mood, skin sensitivity, etc.;

15, photosensitive skin diseases, SLE, dermatomyositis, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis;

16. Within half a year after laser surgery;

17. Patients with excessive expectation of efficacy and those who did not cooperate with pre - and post-treatment photography.
