研究目的：

通过免疫组化实验探究NLRP3在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达，并运用统计学分析其水平与甲状腺乳头状癌病理特征的相关性，为甲状腺乳头状癌发生与发展的机制提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

The expression of NLRP3 in papillary thyroid carcinoma was investigated by immunohistochemical experiments, and the correlation between its level and the pathological characteristics of papillary thyroid carcinoma was analyzed statistically, providing new ideas for the mechanism of occurrence and development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.初次接受手术治疗的原发性甲状腺乳头状癌患者；
2.术前未经放疗、激素替代等特殊治疗；
3.有术后常规病理确诊为甲状腺乳头状癌；
4.具有完整的临床资料。
5.血清学炎症相关指标正常的患者。
6.桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌的患者。
7.对本次研究表知情同意的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with primary papillary thyroid cancer who received surgical treatment for the first time;
2. No special treatment such as radiotherapy and hormone replacement before surgery;
3. Postoperative routine pathological diagnosis of papillary thyroid cancer;
4. Have complete clinical data.
5. Patients with normal serological inflammation-related indicators.
6. Patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis combined with papillary thyroid carcinoma.
7. Patients who gave informed consent to this study.

排除标准：

1.术后病理诊断为其他病理类型的甲状腺癌。
2.术前已接受放疗、化疗、激素替代治疗等特殊治疗的甲状腺癌患者。
3.同时合并其他系统恶性肿瘤的患者（垂体瘤、结肠癌、胃癌等）。
4.既往有甲状腺手术史。
5.临床资料不完整或未能配合整个研究阶段的患者。
6.患者存在炎症、冠状动脉粥样硬化、脑缺血等其他已有明确报道会对NLRP3表达产生影响的疾病。
7.由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis of thyroid cancer of other pathological types.
2. Thyroid cancer patients who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hormone replacement therapy and other special treatments before surgery.
3. Patients with other systemic malignant tumors (pituitary tumor, colon cancer, gastric cancer, etc.).
4. History of thyroid surgery in the past.
5. Patients with incomplete clinical data or unable to cooperate with the whole research stage.
6. Patients with inflammation, coronary atherosclerosis, cerebral ischemia and other diseases that have been clearly reported to affect the expression of NLRP3.
7. Those who cannot give fully informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disabilities.
