研究目的：

评价耳甲“脾”、“内分泌”穴电刺激经迷走神经改善单纯性肥胖（SO）的疗效及安全性，采用PET-CT、脂质组学等方法探索耳穴电刺激经迷走神经调控脂肪代谢的效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of auricular acupoint electrical stimulation "spleen" and "endocrine" to improving the symptoms of simple obesity (SO) through the vagus nerve, and to explore the mechanism of auricular acupoint electrical stimulation to regulate fat metabolism through the vagus nerve by using PET-CT and lipidomics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《中国超重/肥胖医学营养治疗专家共识（2016 年版）》 单纯性肥胖的诊断标准；
（2）年龄≥18周岁，≤55周岁者；
（3）符合诊断标准，BMI≥28者；
（4）临床上确诊为单纯性肥胖患者；
（5）遵循医嘱停止其他体质量控制措施（遵医嘱合理饮食、运动除外）至少3个月；
（6）自愿参加，并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of simple obesity in "the consensus of Chinese experts on nutritional medical treatment for overweight/obesity in 2016";
(2) Age ≥18 years old, ≤55 years old;
(3) Those who met the diagnostic criteria and had BMI≥28;
(4) Clinically diagnosed as simple obesity;
(5) Follow the doctor's advice to stop other weight control measures (except for reasonable diet and exercise) for at least 3 months;
(6) Those who voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）继发性肥胖，如垂体病、下丘脑病、甲状腺功能减退症、胰岛病、性腺功能减弱症、肾上腺皮质功能亢进症、绝经后肥胖等；
（2）合并有各类严重的心、脑血管疾病；
（3）妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；
（4）最近3个月内曾接受过除合理饮食，加强运动外其他任何减肥方式者；
（5）不能坚持本治疗或自行加用其它的治疗方法，影响本研究资料的收集及疗效的评定者；
（6）不符合纳入标准要求的其它病例。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary obesity, such as pituitary disease, hypothalamic disease, hypothyroidism, pancreatic disease, Hypogonadism, adrenocortical hyperfunction, postmenopausal obesity, etc.
(2) Complicated with various serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
(3) Pregnant and lactating women;
(4) Those who have received any weight-loss methods other than reasonable diet and exercise in the past 3 months;
(5) Those who cannot adhere to this treatment or add other treatment methods by themselves, which affects the collection of data and the evaluation of efficacy;
(6) Other cases that did not meet the inclusion criteria.
