研究目的：

探讨瑞马唑仑在口腔舒适化治疗中的安全性及有效性，为临床提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of remimazolam in oral comfort treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）接受牙拔除术患者；2）年龄18-70周岁；3）18 kg/m2≤BMI≤30 kg/m2；4）ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级；5）本人同意并签署临床研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients undergoing tooth extraction;2) Aged between 18 and 70;18 kg/m2≤BMI≤30 kg/m2;4) ASA grade ⅰ ~ ⅲ;5) Patients agree and sign the informed consent for clinical study.

排除标准：

1）有神经系统病史；2）有严重系统性疾病ASA分级Ⅲ级以上；3）已知对苯二氮卓类药物或局麻药物过敏者；4）妊娠或哺乳期患者；5）拒绝在镇静下治疗；6）怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史者；7）智齿冠周炎等急症期拔牙者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) History of nervous system;2) Severe systemic diseases with ASA grade ⅲ or above;3) known allergic to benzodiazepines or local anesthetics;4) Pregnant or lactation patients;5) Refuse treatment under sedation;6) Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol and drug abuse;7) Extraction of wisdom teeth at emergency stage, such as pericoronitis.
