研究目的：

探讨滋肾养阴清热方对阴虚内热型红斑狼疮的治疗作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the therapeutic effect of nourishing the kidney and nourishing yin and clearing heat on yin deficiency internal heat lupus erythematosus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18岁及18岁以上；
（2）符合2012年国际狼疮研究临床协作组（SLICC）SLE分类标准；
（3）符合中医证候诊断标准；
（4）患者知情并同意参加研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 18 years old and above;
(2) Meet the SLE classification standard of the International Lupus Research Clinical Collaborative Group (SLICC) in 2012;
(3) Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome;
(4) The patient knows and agrees to participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）妇女妊娠或哺乳期患者
（2）终末期肾病IV级心力衰竭（NYHA分级）、肝衰竭、脓毒症、恶性肿瘤患者；
（3）SLEDAI评分>14分或既往SLE活动频繁，调整用药较频者；
（4）对本研究所用的药物组分曾发生过敏者,或容易出现过敏现象者。
（满足1项排除标准即排除）

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or lactating women
(2) Patients with end-stage nephropathy IV heart failure (NYHA grade), liver failure, sepsis, malignant tumors;
(3) SLEDAI score > 14 points or frequent SLE activities in the past, and the frequency of medication is adjusted;
(4) Those who have been allergic to the drug components used in this research, or are prone to allergies.
(If one exclusion criterion is met, it will be excluded)
