研究目的：

（1）通过观察VAS评分连续记录表不同时间节点评分，评价电针对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛疼痛症状的有效性、优效性； （2）通过观察SAS、SDS评分，评价电针对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛焦虑、抑郁症状的有效性； （3）通过分析VAS评分连续记录表曲线，探索电针镇痛效应的规律  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the effectiveness and superiority of electroacupuncture in treating chronic pelvic pain due to sequela of pelvic inflammatory diseases, by observing VAS scores at different time points. (2) To evaluate the effectiveness of electroacupuncture in treating symptoms of anxiety and depression caused by chronic pelvic pain due to sequela of pelvic inflammatory diseases, by observing VAS and SDS scores scores. (3) To explore the rule of analgesic effect of electroacupuncture by analyzing the curve of VAS score continuous recording table.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合盆腔炎性疾病后遗症慢性盆腔痛的诊断标准；年龄 20～50岁，有性生活史女性，月经周期相对规律；下腹部、腰骶部疼痛视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分≥3 分；能够遵循试验规定并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Conform to the diagnostic criteria of chronic pelvic pain due to sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease; Women aged 20-50 years with a history of sexual life, have relatively regular menstrual cycles; Visual analog scale (VAS) score of lower abdomen and lumbosacral pain ≥ 3 points; Able to follow the test regulations and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

合并有生殖系统器质性病变如子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病、肿瘤等所导致的慢性盆腔痛者；急性盆腔炎或慢性盆腔炎急性发作期者；妊娠期、哺乳期或短期内有生育要求的女性；合并有严重心脑血管等内科疾病者；中重度焦虑、抑郁患者需服用相关药物者；正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with chronic pelvic pain caused by organic diseases of the reproductive system, such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, tumor, etc; Acute pelvic inflammatory disease or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in acute attack period; Women during pregnancy, lactation or who have fertility requirements in a short period of time; Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Patients with moderate and severe anxiety and depression need to take relevant drugs; Other clinical researchers are participating.
