研究目的：

验证GLIM标准在中国神经重症患者中对营养不良的诊断效果；验证GLIM标准对中国神经重症患者短期临床结局的预测效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the diagnostic effect of GLIM criteria on malnutrition in Chinese neurocritically ill patients; to verify the predictive effect of GLIM criteria on short-term clinical outcomes of Chinese neurocritically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁；知情同意；满足神经重症监护室收治标准；病历中包含可完成营养评估的内容。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years old; informed consent; meet the admission criteria of the neuro-intensive care unit; the medical record contains content that can complete the nutritional assessment.

排除标准：

NCU预期停留时间＜48小时；病史资料不全；6个月内二次入院；心搏骤停复苏；拒绝治疗及放弃抢救；转入时存在严重心肺、肝肾功能衰竭；孕妇、精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Expected stay in NCU < 48 hours; incomplete medical history; second admission within 6 months; cardiac arrest resuscitation; refusal of treatment and abandonment of rescue; severe cardiopulmonary, liver or kidney failure when transferred; pregnant women, patients with mental illness.

数据的录入与管理：使用纸质病历收集表进行数据收集；使用问卷星进行数据的双人录入，在录入时自动进行逻辑检验；使用OneDrive平台与Excel表格进行数据的存储与管理，记录并留存对原始数据的每一次更改并自动备份。
