研究目的：

本研究通过比较两种手术铺巾材料，即医用长纤维聚酯布与棉织布在手术中的抗细菌、抗液体渗漏、吸水性、防器械滑落、防患者皮肤灼伤等性能及对患者术后感染率的影响，并探讨两种手术铺巾材料的成本效果。探寻更优的手术铺巾方案，为提高手术患者安全、更好地维持手术无菌操作界面、节约医疗手术成本提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the cost effect of two kinds of surgical cloth spreading materials, namely medical long fiber polyester cloth and cotton cloth, was discussed by comparing the antibacterial, liquid leakage resistance, water absorption, instrument slip prevention, skin burn prevention and other properties during surgery, and the influence on postoperative infection rate of patients. To explore a better surgical towel spreading scheme, to improve the safety of surgical patients, better maintenance of aseptic operation interface, save medical operation costs to provide a reference.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟在泌尿外科手术间行全麻下手术治疗与护理的患者；患者知情同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who plan to undergo surgical treatment and nursing under general anesthesia in the urological surgery room; The patients gave informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

预计手术时间小于1h；患有中枢性高热、体温调节异常疾病、感染性发热、术前3d体温＞38℃的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

The expected operation time is less than 1h. Patients with central high fever, dysthermoregulatory diseases, infectious fever, and temperature > 38℃ 3 days before surgery.

选定符合纳入与排除标准的泌尿外科洁净手术室行手术的患者100例作为研究对象，采用计算机随机分为试验组与对照组各50例。
