研究目的：

1.观察心电图中右束支传导阻滞及下壁R波切迹等异常与卵圆孔未闭的相关性；2.观察心电图中右束支传导阻滞及下壁R波切迹等异常与心脏超声参数的相关性；3.明确心电图中右束支传导阻滞及下壁R波切迹等异常预测卵圆孔未闭的敏感性与特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the correlations between abnormalities such as right bundle branch block or a notch on R wave in inferior electrocardiogram leads (crochetage R wave) in electrocardiogram and patent foramen ovale. 2. To observe the correlations between abnormalities such as right bundle branch block or crochetage R wave in electrocardiogram and parameters of echocardiography. 3. To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of abnormalities such as right bundle branch block or crochetage R wave in electrocardiogram in predicting patent foramen ovale.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.已接受心电图、经胸超声心动图、经食管超声心动图及右心声学造影的患者；
2.成年人（年龄≥18岁）

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who had underwent electrocardiogram, and transthoracic echocardiography, and transesophageal echocardiography, and right heart contrast echocardiography;
2.Adults (age ≥ 18 years)

排除标准：

1.患有冠心病、心肌病、高血压、瓣膜性心脏病；
2.患有严重呼吸道疾病；
3.肿瘤患者；
4.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
5.拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with coronary heart disease, or cardiomyopathy, or hypertension, or valvular heart disease;
2.Patients with severe respiratory diseases;
3.Patients with tumor;
4.Pregnant or lactating women;
5.Patients who refuse to sign informed consent form.

All patients who had underwent ECG, TTE, TEE, and ASC echocardiography in our hospital, were recruited continuously during the period of January, 2021 until March, 2023.

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：
