研究目的:

超过20%的高血压患者合并高尿酸血症。尿酸水平升高是高血压的危险因素之一,一些研究表明,血清尿酸水平与冠心病、脑卒中、心衰及外周动脉疾病等心血管疾病存在相关性。 肠道菌群是指人体肠道内寄居的数量庞大、种类繁多的微生物。研究表明,肠道菌群及其代谢产物对血压有调节作用,与尿酸代谢及心血管疾病密切相关。本研究基于肠道菌群及其代谢靶标探讨高血压合并高尿酸血症患者发生CVD的分子机制,为延缓高血压患者心血管疾病的提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

More than 20% of hypertensive patients have hyperuricemia. Elevated uric acid level is one of the risk factors of hypertension. Some studies have shown that serum uric acid level is correlated with cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, stroke, heart failure and peripheral artery disease. Intestinal microflora refers to a large number and a wide variety of microorganisms living in human intestines. The study found that the number of microorganisms in the human body can be as high as 3.8 * 10 ^ 13, and the number of genes encoded by microorganisms in the body is about 9 million, and its total genome number is about 150 times that of human genome. Intestinal microflora and its metabolites can regulate blood pressure and are closely related to uric acid metabolism and cardiovascular diseases. To explore the molecular mechanism of CVD in patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia based on intestinal flora and its metabolic target, and provide new ideas for delaying cardiovascular disease in patients with hypertension.

纳入标准:

年龄≥18岁;诊断为原发性高血压

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years old; Diagnosed as essential hypertension

排除标准:

明确的继发性高血压;先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、心肌病、恶性心律失常;妊娠妇女;自身免疫性疾病;严重肝功能不全(ALT和AST>正常上限的3倍);严重肾功能不全(eGFR <30m/min*1.73 m2);慢性消耗性疾病(严重感染、恶性肿瘤);严重胃肠道疾病;8周内使用过抗生素、益生菌、降尿酸药物

Exclusion criteria:

Secondary hypertension; Congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, malignant arrhythmia; Pregnant women; Autoimmune diseases; Severe liver insufficiency (ALT and AST>3 times the upper normal limit); Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 m/min * 1.73 m2); Chronic consumptive diseases (serious infection, malignant tumor); Severe gastrointestinal diseases; Antibiotics, probiotics and uric acid lowering drugs used within 8 weeks
