研究目的：

1.探究硬膜外麻醉在不使用神经肌肉阻滞剂的情况下对于小儿短时间腹腔镜手术条件的影响。 2.探究硬膜外麻醉对于短时间腹腔镜手术患儿的血流动力学，围术期不良事件以及围术期基本数据的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the influence of epidural anesthesia on the conditions of short laparoscopic surgery in children without the use of neuromuscular blockers. 2. To explore the influence of epidural anesthesia on hemodynamics, perioperative adverse events and perioperative basic data of children undergoing short-term laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在湖南省儿童医院进行短时间腹腔镜手术的儿童；
2. 年龄3-12岁，ASA Ⅰ～ Ⅱ级；
3.签署知情同意书；
4.手术时间小于1小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children undergoing short-term laparoscopic surgery in Hu'nan Children's Hospital;
2. Aged 3-12 years, ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ;
3. Sign informed consent;
4. The operation time is less than 1 hour.

排除标准：

1.任何染色体异常发育异常的患儿；
2.有心血管疾病患儿；
3.有发育迟滞患儿；
4.气道畸形患儿；
5.重度肥胖患儿；
6.孕周小于27周患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any child with abnormal chromosome development;
2. Children with cardiovascular disease;
3. Children with developmental retardation;
4. Children with airway malformations;
5. Severely obese children;
6. Children with gestational age less than 27 weeks.
