研究目的：

本研究拟比较瑞马唑仑和丙泊酚用于全麻食管癌根治术对患者应激反应、炎症反应及术后麻醉苏醒质量的影响，为临床实现食管癌根治术患者的加速康复和为其制定更合适的麻醉方案提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the effects of remimazolam and propofol on patients' stress response, inflammatory response and quality postoperative anesthesia recovery in radical resection of esophageal cancer under general anesthesia, so as to provide reference for the clinical realization of accelerated recovery of patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer and the formulation of a more appropriate anesthesia plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 选择全身麻醉下行胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者； 2. 性别不限； 3. 年龄40～75岁； 4. ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Select patients undergoing thoracoscopic laparoscopy combined with radical esophagectomy under general anesthesia; 2. Gender is not limited; 3. Aged 40 to 75 years; 4. ASA I-II grade.

排除标准：

1：严重的肝、肾功能障碍；2：神经系统疾病；3：严重心肺疾病；4：术前已明确有肺部感染；5：酸碱平衡紊乱；6：术前接受放疗、化疗和输血；7：合并有药物不能控制高血压者；8：合并有内分泌系统疾病者；9：具有药物过敏史及依赖史者；10：患者拒绝参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;2. Neurological diseases;3.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;4.Preoperative pulmonary infection was confirmed;5.acid-base disturbance;6.Preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy and blood transfusion were performed;7.Patients with hypertension that cannot be controlled by drugs;8.Patients with diseases of endocrine system;9.Patients with a history of drug allergy and dependence;10.The patient refused to participate in the study.
