研究目的：

1.明确ICU患者发生非计划性低体温的危险因素； 2.构建基于LASSO的ICU患者非计划性低体温预警模型及验证。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To estimate the rate of IH in ICU and its influencing factors. 2.To develop a accurate risk prediction model for identifying patients early who are at risk of IH in ICU.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.成人综合ICU住院患者；
2.年龄≥18岁患者；
3.住院时间≥48h；
4.研究对象或家属知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.general ICU patients;
2.Age ≥ 18 years;
3.Hospital stay ≥48h, to ensure that the data can be collected
4.Participants and their families volunteer to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.行亚低温治疗的患者（使用冰袋、冰毯、冰帽、冬眠合剂等降温方法）；
2.低温下实施手术的患者；
3.BMI＜18.5kg/m^2，腋下皮肤与体温计不能贴合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients undergoing subfreezing treatment (using cooling methods such as ice packs, ice blankets, ice caps, hibernation compositions, etc.);
2.Patients performing surgery in hypothermia;
3.BMI <18.5kg/m^2, the skin of the armpit and the thermometer cannot fit well.
