研究目的：

1、在中医理论指导下，可望合理解释CLMD从少阳论治TLE的分子机制。 2、基于外泌体蛋白角度，采用分子生物学、蛋白组测序、生物信息学分析等技术筛选及验证外泌体蛋白在TLE发病过程的作用，从“CLMD调控外泌体蛋白，缓解TLE痫性发作”这一途径阐明CLMD抗痫分子机制。为CLMD治疗TLE提供新的切入靶点和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Under the guidance of TCM theory, it is expected to reasonably explain the molecular mechanism of CLMD treating TLE from Shaoyang. 2. Based on the perspective of exosome proteins, molecular biology, proteome sequencing, bioinformatics analysis and other technologies were used to screen and verify the role of exosome proteins in the pathogenesis of TLE. The molecular mechanism of CLMD against epilepsy was clarified from the way of "CLMD regulates exosome proteins and alleviates TLE seizures". It provides a new target and idea for CLMD to treat TLE.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合中国中医药出版社出版第十版《中医内科学》 “痫证”诊断；TLE诊断标准参照2005年国际抗癫痫联盟的相关标准；通过神经系统检查未发现局灶性神经系统体征；对患者进行脑电图（EEG）等检查，并用BESA5.1.2偶极子定位软件分析癫痫发现起源明确为颞叶；年龄18-60岁；所有患者及家属均已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

It conforms to the diagnosis of "epilepsy syndrome" in the tenth edition of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine published by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press; TLE diagnostic criteria refer to the relevant standards of the International Anti epileptic Alliance in 2005; No local signs of nervous system were found through nervous system examination; The patients were examined by electroencephalogram (EEG), and analyzed by BESA5.1.2 dipole localization software. It was found that the origin of epilepsy was the temporal lobe; Age 18-60; All patients and their families have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

不符合以上纳入标准；肝、肾功能异常（ALT、AST、Cr、BUN超过正常值1.2倍以上）；对实验药物有过敏史；合并有心脏、肝脏、肾脏等重要器官疾病，以及有影响其生存的严重疾病，如恶性肿瘤；准备妊娠、妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Not meeting the above inclusion criteria; Abnormal liver and kidney functions (ALT, AST, Cr, BUN exceeding 1.2 times the normal value); Have a history of allergy to experimental drugs; Complicated with heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases, as well as serious diseases affecting their survival, such as malignant tumors; Prepare pregnant, pregnant or lactating women.
