研究目的：

测定不同分组受试者的呼出气中的一氧化氮、一氧化碳及硫化氢等指标，分析呼出气能否作为早期慢阻肺的生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the indexes of nitric oxide, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide in exhaled breath of subjects in different groups, and to analyze whether exhaled gas can be used as a biomarker of early COPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①稳定期慢阻肺患者：吸入支气管舒张剂后肺功能符合FEV1/FVC＜0.7，且近4周内无急性加重史；
②早期慢阻肺患者：吸入支气管舒张剂后肺功能符合0.7≤FEV1/FVC＜0.8；
③健康体检者：吸入支气管舒张剂后肺功能符合FEV1/FVC≥0.8的健康体检者；
④提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with stable COPD: after inhaling bronchodilators, the pulmonary function conformed to FEV1/FVC < 0.7, and there was no history of acute exacerbation in the past 4 weeks.
②Patients with early COPD: the pulmonary function after inhaling bronchodilators was 0.7 ≤ FEV1/FVC < 0.8.
③Healthy physical examination: healthy physical examination whose lung function conforms to FEV1/FVC ≥ 0.8 after inhaling bronchodilators.
④Provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

①患有临床医生认为可能导致肺功能异常的疾病，如肺癌、支气管扩张症、间质性肺疾病、既往胸部手术史等；
②正在参加其它干预性临床研究；
③近3个月内有其他严重的疾病病于1个月内住院治疗；
④不能配合完成肺功能等检查的；
⑤无法提供书面知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

①Suffer from diseases that clinicians believe may lead to abnormal lung function, such as lung cancer, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, previous history of chest surgery, etc.
②Who is participating in other interventional clinical studies.
③Other serious diseases in the past 3 months were hospitalized within 1 month.
④Those who are unable to cooperate to complete the examination of lung function, etc.
⑤Unable to provide written informed consent.
