研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑应用于成年男性患者无痛膀胱镜检查的有效性及安全性；了解使用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑后，术中男性患者是否有阴茎勃起现象；对于成年男性患者行无痛膀胱镜检查时使用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑麻醉镇静时是否优于使用丙泊酚镇静。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of remazolam toluene sulfonate in painless cystoscopy in adult male patients. To investigate whether the male patients had priapism after the use of remazolam toluene sulfonate during the operation. Whether Rematazolam toluene sulfonate is superior to propofol for sedation during painless cystoscopy in adult male patients.

纳入标准：

本研究需经医院伦理委员会批准，获取患者及家属的知情同意后，选择我院拟在静脉麻醉下行输尿管支架取出术的男性患者64例，年龄为18~70岁，美国麻醉医师学会(ASA)分级Ⅰ~III级

Inclusion criteria

This study needs to be approved by the hospital ethics committee. After obtaining the informed consent of patients and their families, 64 male patients, aged 18-70 years old, who are going to undergo ureteral stent removal under intravenous anesthesia in our hospital, are selected, and the American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III.

排除标准：

①术前患者血压>160/100 mmHg或<80/60mmHg；②术前心电图提示心率<50bpm或心率＞100bpm；③2 周内有呼吸道急性炎症且未治愈病史；④有严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾等疾病者，既往有心梗、严重心肌缺血、重度房室传导阻滞；⑤预测可能发生或曾发生困难气道或有异常手术麻醉恢复史者；⑥已知对乳剂、阿片类药物过敏者；⑦术前合并使用其他镇静、镇痛类药物者；⑧怀疑有滥用麻醉性镇痛药或镇静药者；⑨有神经肌肉系统疾病、精神疾病者等不配合无法沟通者；⑩既往存在勃起功能异常病史者; 性功能障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

① Preoperative blood pressure of patients >160/100 mmHg or <80/60mmhg; ② Preoperative ECG showed that the heart rate was <50bpm or the heart rate was > 100bpm; ③ There was acute inflammation of respiratory tract within 2 weeks and no cure history; ④ Patients with serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases have previous myocardial infarction, severe myocardial ischemia, and severe atrioventricular block; ⑤ Predict the possible occurrence or past occurrence of difficult airway or abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery history; ⑥ Known allergy to emulsion and opioid drugs; ⑦ Those who used other sedative and analgesic drugs before operation; ⑧ Suspected of abusing narcotic analgesics or sedatives; ⑨ People with neuromuscular diseases, mental diseases and other uncooperative and unable to communicate; ⑩ Previous history of erectile dysfunction; Sexual dysfunction.
