研究目的：

以免疫衰老相关的髓源性免疫抑制细胞（myeloid-derived suppressor cells, MDSCs）在老年社区获得性肺炎中的免疫抑制作用为主导思路，探讨 MDSCs 与老年社区获得性肺炎（CAP）临床特征、免疫衰老相关炎症因子的相关性，探索免疫衰老相关的髓源性抑制细胞对老年CAP临床预后的影响，为治疗老年CAP寻找新的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to find new therapeutic targets for the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) in the elderly,this study discusses the correlation of myeloid derived immunosuppressors (MDSCs), the clinical characteristics of CAP in the elderly and immune aging related inflammatory factors, and explores the impact of immune aging related MDSCs on the clinical prognosis of CAP in the elderly, based on the immunosuppressive effect of immune aging related MDSCs in CAP in the elderly.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥65岁，性别不限；
2.符合CAP诊断标准；
3.自愿参加并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥ 65 years old, regardless of gender;
2. Meet CAP diagnostic criteria;
3. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴有恶性肿瘤、免疫系统慢性疾病（如 HIV、SLE、类风湿关节炎活动期等）及其他疾病需要长期使用免疫抑制剂等；
2.入院前 1 周有住院史或者本次住院不能排出医院获得性感染者；
3.妊娠或产褥期妇女、生活环境不稳定、工作地点经常变动等容易造成失访的患者，或其他不能合作或不愿合作者;
4.癫痫、精神不稳定的患者；
5.凡老年性社区获得性肺炎合并其他急性感染性疾病患者；
6.凡合并有肺栓塞的患者；
7.近 3 个月参加其他试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with malignant tumors, chronic diseases of the immune system (such as HIV, SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.) and other diseases require long-term use of immunosuppressants;
2. Those who have been hospitalized 1 week before admission or cannot discharge hospital acquired infections in this hospitalization;
3. Pregnant or puerperal women, unstable living environment, frequent changes in workplace and other patients who are prone to loss of follow-up, or other people who are unable or unwilling to cooperate;
4. Patients with epilepsy and mental instability;
5. Patients with community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly complicated with other acute infectious diseases;
6. Patients with pulmonary embolism;
7. Participants in other trials in recent 3 months.
