研究干眼患者与正常人群泪液中cGAS及STING表达水平  

Objectives of Study：

Detection of cGAS and STING expression levels in tears of dry eye patients and normal people

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 完全了解本研究并自愿签署ICF；愿意遵循并有能力完成试验所有程序。
2) 18 周岁＜年龄＜70 周岁，男女不限。
3) 干眼患者组另须符合：有干眼的临床症状和体征，临床检查结果符合
《中国干眼专家共识》（2020）的诊断标准（如下）：
4) 中国干眼问卷量表≥7 分或眼表疾病指数（OSDI）≥13 分 ，同时患者BUT≤5 秒或 SchirmerⅠ试验（无表面麻醉）≤5mm/5min；
5) 中国干眼问卷量表≥7 分或 OSDI≥13 分 ，同时患者 5＜BUT≤10 秒，
5mm/5min＜SchirmerⅠ试验（无表面麻醉）≤10mm/5min 时，则需角结膜荧光素染色阳性（≥5个点）即可诊断。
6) 正常健康受试者组：无干眼症状，同时 BUT>10s 秒、Schirmer I 试验大于 10mm/5min

Inclusion criteria

1) Fully understand the study and voluntarily sign the ICF; willing to follow and able to complete all trial procedures.
2) 18 years old < age < 70 years old, male or female.
3) The dry eye patient group must also meet the following requirements: clinical symptoms and signs of dry eye, and the clinical examination results meet the following requirements:
The diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Dry Eye Expert Consensus (2020) are as follows:
4) The Chinese Dry Eye Questionnaire Scale ≥ 7 points or the Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI) ≥ 13 points, and the patient's BUT ≤ 5 seconds or Schirmer I test (without topical anesthesia) ≤ 5mm/5min;
5) Chinese Dry Eye Questionnaire ≥ 7 points or OSDI ≥ 13 points, while the patient's 5 < BUT ≤ 10 seconds,
When 5mm/5min < Schirmer I test (without topical anesthesia) ≤ 10mm/5min, positive corneal and conjunctival fluorescein staining (≥ 5 points) can be diagnosed.
6) Normal healthy subjects group: no dry eye symptoms, while BUT>10s seconds, Schirmer I test greater than 10mm/5min

排除标准：

1) 合并角膜炎、结膜炎、严重睑缘炎以及影响疗效评价的其它严重眼表疾病者；
2) 患有黄斑变性、青光眼、及视网膜血管栓塞等急性眼部疾病者；
3) 泪道阻塞、明显的眼球突出、严重的角膜失代偿的患者；
4) 重度干眼或荧光素染色点状着色融合、合并丝状物及溃疡患者；
5) 近 6个月内有眼部手术或眼部外伤者；
6) 正在使用除人工泪液外的其他局部或全身药物，检查前 2 小时使用人工泪液者；
7) 患有心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病和全身性免疫性疾病患者；
8) 妊娠、哺乳期妇女，绝经妇女激素替代治疗者；
9) 近 1个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
10) 有酗酒和药物滥用史；
11) 病人不能合作或精神病患者，研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验者。
12) 退出实验

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with keratitis, conjunctivitis, severe blepharitis and other serious ocular surface diseases that affect the evaluation of efficacy;
2) Patients with acute eye diseases such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal vascular embolism;
3) Patients with lacrimal duct obstruction, obvious proptosis, and severe corneal decompensation;
4) Patients with severe dry eye or fluorescein stained punctate staining, combined with filamentous matter and ulcer;
5) Those who have had eye surgery or eye trauma within the past 6 months;
6) Those who are using other topical or systemic drugs except artificial tears, and those who use artificial tears 2 hours before the examination;
7) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and systemic immune diseases;
8) Pregnant, lactating women, menopausal women on hormone replacement therapy;
9) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month;
10) Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse;
11) Patients who cannot cooperate or who are mentally ill, and the researchers believe that they are not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
12) Exit the experiment
