研究目的：

总结老年心衰患者临床表现与心肺功能的相关性；评估老年心衰患者在EECP与有氧训练联合干预后心肺功能、心理状态以及生活质量的变化，并探究相同时间的联合干预与只进行EECP或有氧训练在改善心衰患者心肺功能、心理状态、生活质量方面的效果差异，并分析产生这种差异的原因，为临床制定科学合理的康复方案提供实验依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To summarize the correlation between clinical manifestations and cardiopulmonary function in elderly patients with heart failure; To evaluate the changes of cardiopulmonary function, psychological state and quality of life in elderly patients with heart failure after the combined intervention of EECP and aerobic training, and explore the difference in the effect of the same time combination intervention and EECP or aerobic training alone in improving cardiopulmonary function, psychological state and quality of life in patients with heart failure, and analyze the reasons for this difference, so as to provide experimental basis for the clinical formulation of scientific and reasonable rehabilitation programs.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 符合《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018》，射血分数≥50%，既往有明确的缺血性心脏病或心肌梗死病史，并经心血管医生确诊（临床经动态心电图、冠状动脉造影等辅助检查确诊者）。
（2） NYHA分级为Ⅱ级；
（3） 年龄≥60岁；
（4） 过去30天进行稳定的药物治疗；
（5） 自愿参与本次课题研究，同意签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) be diagnosed by "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018", ejection fraction ≥ 50%, previous history of ischemic heart disease or myocardial infarction, and confirmed by cardiovascular doctors (clinical confirmed by auxiliary examinations such as ambulatory electrocardiogram and coronary angiography).
(2) NYHA Class II;
(3) Age≥ 60 years old;
(4) Stable drug therapy for the past 30 days;
(5) Voluntarily participate in this research project and agree to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1） 先天性心脏病
（2） 不稳定性心绞痛
（3） 严重瓣膜疾病
（4） 失代偿性心力衰竭
（5） 严重肝肾功能不全；
（6） 未控制的糖尿病或高血压（>180/110mmHg）
（7） 急慢性感染以及恶性肿瘤患者；
（8） 新发生的脑卒中或心梗
（9） 骨骼或者神经肌肉异常不能进行功率车运动
（10） 下肢深静脉血栓、活动性血栓性静脉炎
（11） 中-重度肺动脉高压（平均肺动脉压>50mmHg）
（12） 主动脉瘤、脑动脉瘤
（13） 可能干扰EECP设备心电门控功能的心律失常
（14） 出血性疾病或明显出血倾向
（15） 反搏肢体有感染灶
（16） 存在中、重度认知功能障碍或痴呆

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Congenital heart disease
(2) Unstable angina
(3) Severe valvular disease
(4) Decompensated heart failure
(5) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
(6) Uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension (> 180/110mmHg)
(7) Patients with acute and chronic infections and malignant tumors;
(8) New stroke or myocardial infarction
(9) Bone or neuromuscular abnormalities that cannot perform power car exercise
(10) Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, active thrombophlebitis
(11) Moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary artery pressure> 50mmHg)
(12) Aortic aneurysm, cerebral aneurysm
(13) Arrhythmias that may interfere with the ECG gating function of EECP devices
(14) Bleeding disorders or obvious bleeding tendency
(15) There is a foci of infection in the counterpulsating limb
(16) Moderate to severe cognitive impairment or dementia
