研究目的：

明确在压力控制容量保证(Pressure-controlled ventilation volume guaranteed,PCV-VG)通气模式联合低潮气量（6-8ml/kg）通气下，潮气量负荷试验（Tidal volume challenge,TVC）对脉压变异率（Pulse pressure variability,PPV）、每搏出量变异率（Stroke volume variability,SVV）评估容量反应的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the effect of tidal volume challenge (TVC) on the assessment of fluid responsiveness of pulse pressure variability(PPV) and stroke volume variability(SVV) under the mode of pressure-controlled ventilation volume guaranteed(PCV-VG)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18-65岁患者,性别不限
（2）BMI 18.5-24.9
（3）ASA分级 I-II级
（4）拟行择期腹腔镜下胃癌根治术

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18~65 years old;
2. BMI of 18.5~24.9;
3. ASA grade I-II;
4. Underwent lap aroscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

（1）存在任意器官衰竭
（2）心律失常、心脏瓣膜病
（3）心脏内的分流
（4）心脏、肺或肾功能不全
（5）严重肥胖、困难气道、哮喘或长期吸烟史

Exclusion criteria：

(1) there is any organ failure;
(2) arrhythmia and valvular heart disease;
(3) intracardiac shunt;
(4) heart, lung or renal insufficiency;
(5) severe obesity, difficult airway, asthma or a long history of smoking.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

容量扩充（以6ml/kg的胶体输注20分钟)，容量扩充后心输出量指数（CI）升高15%以上的患者定义为有反应者，CI升高小于15%的患者定义为无反应者

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

volume expansion (infused with 6ml / kg colloid for 20 minutes). Patients whose CI increased by more than 15% after volume expansion were defined as responders, and patients whose CI increased by less than 15% were defined as non responders.
