研究目的：

本课题拟在前期研究的基础之上，进一步探讨SMC4在肝癌细胞增殖和侵袭过程中的作用机制，及其对5-FU的耐药机制，为肝癌患者的治疗提供新的思路和潜在的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous studies, further study the mechanism of SMC4 in the proliferation and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma and its resistance to 5-FU, so as to provide new ideas and potential therapeutic targets for the treatment of liver cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

本研究中所有标本均采自原发性肝癌患者，并且该患者在手术之前均未行放疗及化疗等任何治疗，术后均有病理结果证实。

Inclusion criteria

All the specimens collected in this study are all primary liver cancer patients, and the patients do not receive the radiotherapy
and chemotherapy or any other treatment, pathological results are confirmed after operation.

排除标准：

① 患者术前接受过放疗、化疗等治疗；
② 患有严重疾病，全身器官功能衰竭，患有其他部位肿瘤者；
③ 患者有吸毒史、家族性遗传病、传染病等其他对本实验结果有影响的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient who receiveed the radiotherapy or chemotherapy
2. The patient with serious diseases ,systemic organ failure or suffer from other tumors
3. The patient have a history of drug abuse, or suffer from familial genetic diseases, infectious diseases, and other disease that has a little influence on the experimental results.
