研究目的：

（1）构建基于自我效能理论的慢性心力衰竭患者综合性步行方案 （2）探讨该干预方案在慢性心力衰竭患者运动健康中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

(1)Construction of a comprehensive walking program for patients with chronic heart failure based on self-efficacy theory (2)To explore the effect of this intervention program on exercise health of patients with chronic heart failure

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018》的诊断和标准，均能按医嘱服药的稳定患者； 2.年龄18-75周岁； 3.美国纽约心脏协会（NYHA）心功能分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 4.言语表达及理解能力正常； 5.已获知情同意的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Stable patients who meet the diagnosis and standards of ''China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018'', and who can take medicine as prescribed by the doctor; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function class II-III; 4. The ability of verbal expression and comprehension is normal; 5. Patients who have obtained informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重慢性疾病如严重肺病、肿瘤、透析的终末期肾功能衰竭等； 2.过去1个月内发生急性心肌梗死或其他心脏手术； 3.伴有肢体活动障碍等； 4.不愿意随访3个月的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other serious chronic diseases such as severe lung disease, tumor, end-stage renal failure on dialysis, etc.; 2. Acute myocardial infarction or other cardiac surgery within the past 1 month; 3. Accompanied by physical impairment, etc.; 4. Patients who are unwilling to follow up for 3 months.
