研究目的：

为获得进一步临床疗效证据，本研究拟采用队列研究进一步确认其有效率；于治疗前后采用脑电或核磁等脑功能检测技术和CRS-R 量表评分寻找意识障碍（DOC）患者对 taVNS 应答的确切疗效和靶标，为实现taVNS精准治疗DOC，提供脑功能影像及生物电信号结合的维度依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to obtain further evidence of clinical efficacy, this study intends to use cohort study to further confirm its effective rate; Before and after treatment, EEG, MRI and other brain function detection technologies and crs-r scale scores were used to find the exact efficacy and target of tavns response in patients with disturbance of consciousness (DOC), so as to provide a dimensional basis for the combination of brain function images and bioelectrical signals in order to achieve the precise treatment of doc with tavns.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合DOC诊断标准(The multi-society Task Force on VS/UWS. N Engl J Med 1994, Giacino JT, et al. Neurology.2000)。
②年龄18-50岁，性别不限。
③突发意识障碍后12周以上，即出现睡眠觉醒周期，进入睁眼昏迷12周以上)。
④局灶损伤(颅脑创伤和脑卒中)所致DOC，脑结构完整。

Inclusion criteria

① The multi Society Task Force on vs/uws. n Engl J Med 1994, giacino JT, et al. neurology.2000.
② Age 18-50 years old, regardless of gender.
③ More than 12 weeks after sudden disturbance of consciousness, i.e. sleep wake cycle occurs, and eyes open coma occurs for more than 12 weeks).
④ Doc caused by focal injury (craniocerebral trauma and stroke) with intact brain structure.

排除标准：

①癫痫病史。
②缺血缺氧性脑病及其他全脑因素所致的DOC。
③有MR扫描禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of epilepsy.
② Doc caused by hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and other whole brain factors.
③There are contraindications to MR scanning.
