研究目的：

观察小青龙颗粒联合舒利迭治疗二、三级支气管哮喘临床效应和安全性，并从代谢组学探讨其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect and safety of the treatment over 2nd and 3rd grade bronchial asthma with Xiaoqinglong Granules and Seretide, and to explore the mechanism in light of Metabolomics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）二级或三级的支气管哮喘；
（2）年龄18～65岁；
（3）中医寒哮诊断标准；
（4）自愿受试，并签署知情同意书；
（5）2周内未使用激素、茶碱类药物或β2受体激动剂。

Inclusion criteria

1. 2nd or 3rd grade bronchial asthma;
2. 18-65 years;
3. TCM cold pattern criteria;
4. signed informed consent;
5. not use hormones, theophylline or beta 2 agonists in 2 weeks.

排除标准：

（1）间歇发作或重度持续的支气管患者；
（2）年龄在18岁以下，65岁以上的患者；
（3）有严重的系统疾病史，或实验室资料提示患有严重的系统性疾病(如肝、肾功能损害)，精神异常者；
（4）孕妇、哺乳期妇女、过敏体质者；
（5）已知对该类药物或试验用药中某味中药过敏者；
（6）4周内曾参加其他药物临床试验者；
（7）季节性哮喘病人，根据症状哮喘每年治疗期限≤2个月者；
（8）中医诊断为热哮的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. severe persistent or intermittent attacks bronchial asthma patients;
2. less than 18 years old or over 65 years;
3.history of serious diseases, or laboratory data suggest that people with severe systemic disease ( such as liver and kidney insufficiency), mental disorder;
4.pregnant women, nursing women, allergic;
5. allergied with drugs known or experimental drugs in certain herbs;
6. has participated in other clinical trials in 4 weeks;
7. seasonal asthma, the length of treatment less than 2 months each year;
8. patients diagnosed as heat Asthma.
