研究目的：

通过机器学习算法及影像组学对急性穿支动脉闭塞性脑梗死出现早期神经功能恶化进行预测，为将来在临床中的应用提供理论指导和数据参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The early neurological deterioration of acute perforating artery infarction is predicted by machine learning algorithm and radiomics, which provides theoretical guidance and data reference for future clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁；②通过MRI确诊急性穿支动脉闭塞脑梗死（急性皮质下小脑梗死，直径无上限）；③就诊距离发病时间≤24h，④早期神经功能恶化前行头颅MRI检查

Inclusion criteria

① Aged ≥ 18 years old; ② Acute perforating artery infarction (acute subcortical cerebellar infarction, no upper limit of diameter) confirmed by MRI; ③ Diagnosis time ≤ 24 hours; ④ Cranial MRI examination before early neurological deterioration.

排除标准：

①多发性、皮质性脑梗死；②发病前mRS≥2分；③MRI阴性脑梗死；④类卒中；⑤图像伪影或其他因素影响图像评估。

Exclusion criteria：

① Multiple and cortical cerebral infarction; ② mRS ≥ 2 points before onset; ③ MRI negative cerebral infarction; ④ similar to stroke; ⑤ image artifacts or other factors affect image evaluation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者研究病例记录，将数据完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于硬盘上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
