Objectives of Study: |
The early neurological deterioration of acute perforating artery infarction is predicted by machine learning algorithm and radiomics, which provides theoretical guidance and data reference for future clinical application. |

纳入标准: |
①年龄≥18岁;②通过MRI确诊急性穿支动脉闭塞脑梗死(急性皮质下小脑梗死,直径无上限);③就诊距离发病时间≤24h,④早期神经功能恶化前行头颅MRI检查 |

|
Inclusion criteria |
① Aged ≥ 18 years old; ② Acute perforating artery infarction (acute subcortical cerebellar infarction, no upper limit of diameter) confirmed by MRI; ③ Diagnosis time ≤ 24 hours; ④ Cranial MRI examination before early neurological deterioration. |

排除标准: |
①多发性、皮质性脑梗死;②发病前mRS≥2分;③MRI阴性脑梗死;④类卒中;⑤图像伪影或其他因素影响图像评估。 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Exclusion criteria: |
① Multiple and cortical cerebral infarction; ② mRS ≥ 2 points before onset; ③ MRI negative cerebral infarction; ④ similar to stroke; ⑤ image artifacts or other factors affect image evaluation. |
