研究目的：

通过探究不同声门上气道装置在不同头颈旋转角度下的进行机械通气的性能，为临床实践中需要头颈部旋转位时声门上气道装置的应用提供一个有价值的参考值。  

Objectives of Study：

By exploring the performance of mechanical ventilation with different supraglottic airway devices under different head and neck rotation angles, it provides a valuable reference value for the application of supraglottic airway devices when head and neck rotation is required in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）行择期全麻手术的患者。2）性别不限，年龄 18~70 岁。3）ASA分级 I 或Ⅱ级，心、脑、肺、肝、肾功能未见异常，无喉罩使用禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia. 2) There is no limit on gender, and the age is 18 ~ 70 years old. 3) ASA grade I or II, no abnormalities in heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney functions, and no contraindications to the use of laryngeal mask.

排除标准：

1）存在增加胃内容物反流和呼吸道误吸因素的患者，包括未禁食、饱胃、病态肥胖、妊娠超过14周、频繁胃食管反流、肠梗阻和食管裂孔疝等以及面部解剖学异常导致张口时喉罩难以通过者。2）咽喉部及头颈项部存在肿物、损伤、感染或其他病理改变的患者，如声门上部或下咽部的损伤、肿物、重度肥大的扁桃体、明显的喉或气管的偏移、软化和外周性压迫等。3）肺顺应性降低的患者，包括肺损伤、缺血性疾病、行头低位手术、腹腔镜手术等。4）术前访视时患者头颈部旋转不能。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with increased reflux of gastric contents and aspiration of respiratory tract, including non fasting, full stomach, morbid obesity, pregnancy for more than 14 weeks, frequent gastroesophageal reflux, intestinal obstruction and esophageal hiatal hernia, as well as those whose laryngeal mask is difficult to pass when opening the mouth due to abnormal facial anatomy. 2) Patients with tumor, injury, infection or other pathological changes in the throat and head and neck, such as upper glottic or hypopharyngeal injury, tumor, severely hypertrophic tonsil, obvious deviation of throat or trachea, softening and peripheral compression, etc. 3) Patients with decreased lung compliance, including lung injury, ischemic disease, head down surgery, laparoscopic surgery and so on. 4) During the preoperative visit, the patient's head and neck could not rotate.
