研究目的：

1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液已经在临床被证实具有减缓近视的作用，我们观察单眼用1%阿托品滴眼液减少青少年近视性屈光参差的临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Attempt to eliminate juvenile anisometropia by monocular use of 1% Atropine Salfate, which is a efficient eyedrop commonly used in myopia mangement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Atropine Salfate:1% Sodium Chloride:0.29% sodium dihydrogen phosphate:0.4% anhydrous sodium hydrogen phosphate :0.47% 

纳入标准：

9-15岁的近视性屈光参差，无伴全身系统疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Healthy children aged 9-15 with myopic anisometropia.

排除标准：

明显全身疾病或患有其他眼病。

Exclusion criteria：

Obvious phsical diseases or ocular diseases
