探索隐形矫治器维持Le Fort I型分块截骨术后牙骨段的稳定性。  

Objectives of Study：

to study the stability of Le Fort I segmental osteotomy with invisible appliance

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）行上颌Le Fort I型分块截骨术；
2）手术时牙列无固定矫治装置。

Inclusion criteria

1) Undergo Maxillary Le Fort I segmental osteotomy ;
2) No fixed orthodontic device during the operation.

排除标准：

1）综合征患者；
2）颌骨囊、实性病变；
3）肿瘤、外伤所致牙颌面畸形；
4）全身存在手术禁忌症；
5）不能配合随访；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with cranio-maxillofacial syndrome;
2) Jaw with capsule and solid lesions;
3) Dento-maxillofacial deformity caused by tumor or trauma;
4) Systemic contraindications to surgery;
5) Unable to cooperate with follow-up;
