研究目的：

评估谷氨酰胺治疗丙酮酸氧化障碍的有效性及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of glutamine in the treatment of pyruvate oxidation disorder

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 16岁以下
2) 存在引起丙酮酸氧化障碍的基因突变的线粒体病患者

Inclusion criteria

1) <16 years old
2) Mitochondrial patients with pyruvate oxidation disorder

排除标准：

1）肝肾功能不全。
2）正在参与其他药物（包括谷氨酰胺）或生酮饮食的临床试验。
3）纳入研究前2周内服用过谷氨酰胺（停用2周以上者可以参加）。
4）对研究药物的任何成分过敏（谷氨酰胺、谷氨酸盐等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1）patients with hepatic and renal dysfunction
2）take part in other medicine and ketogenic diet clinical trial
3) take gultamine within 2 weeks before enrolling in the study
4) allergic to glutamine
