研究目的：

本项目的目标在于通过对存在心理问题且有心血管健康风险的老年人进行心理综合干预，来评价心理综合干预对老年人心血管健康风险的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to conduct comprehensive psychological intervention for the elderly with psychological problems and cardiovascular health risk, and to evaluate effects of comprehensive psychological intervention on the cardiovascular risk in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）试点辖区内65-80岁（65-75优先）常住人口。
（2）轻中度抑郁或焦虑症状（PHQ-9分数5-14；或GAD-7分数5-14）。
（3）高血压前期（血压正常高值，收缩压在120-139mmHg和/或舒张压在80-89mmHg）和高血压患者（尽可能选择I级高血压患者，即收缩压在140-159和/或舒张压在90-99mmHg）。
（4）教育程度：非文盲（最好小学毕业及以上）。
（5）知情同意。
（6）拥有智能手机并会使用手机看视频和使用微信者优先。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Permanent residents aged 65 to 80 (with priority of 65 to 75) in the pilot areas.
(2) Mild or moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety (PHQ-9 score 5-14; or GAD-7 score 5-14).
(3) Prehypertension (normal high blood pressure, systolic blood pressure of 120-139 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure of 80-89 mmHg) and hypertensive patients (if possible, grade I hypertension, i.e., systolic blood pressure of 140-159 and/or diastolic blood pressure of 90-99 mmHg).
(4) Education level: Non-illiterate (preferably primary school graduation and above).
(5) Informed consent.
(6) Those who have smartphones and can watch video and use WeChat will be preferred.

排除标准：

过去6个月内已经接受心理治疗，或者将要接受心理治疗或药物治疗；正在参与其他心理、膳食或运动干预项目；身体活动受限，无法参与干预活动；有重性精神疾病、痴呆、帕金森病、癌症等严重疾病，正处于中风、心脏病等心血管疾病急性期或恢复期6个月之内；在未来半年内准备做手术者。当前有任何自杀的想法。

Exclusion criteria：

Having received psychotherapy in the past six months or be about to receive psychotherapy or drug therapy; participating in other psychological, dietary or sports intervention programs; limited physical activities and inability to participate in intervention activities; having severe mental illness, dementia, Parkinson's disease, cancer or other serious diseases, or in the acute or recovery stage of cardiovascular diseases such as stroke, heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases within six months; planning to perform surgery in the following half year; having any current thoughts of suicide.

每个县区中，选取3个街道，每个街道选取3个大的社区，每个大的社区中选择3个小区，随机分配，分别作为对照组、促进心理健康的膳食运动组、促进心理健康的膳食运动+积极心理干预组。在每个小区中，根据纳入排除标准招募对象15 人-20人。
