研究目的：

本研究探讨输血对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者术后复发的影响，为肿瘤患者临床输血提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study investigated the effect of blood transfusion on postoperative recurrence in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors, and provided reference for clinical blood transfusion in tumor patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

选择2015年1月1日至2021年5月31日在广西医科大学附属口腔医院首次行根治术治疗的口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者。在广西医科大学附属口腔医院病历系统、麻醉记录系统、输血系统和病理系统中收集人口统计学、临床资料，包括既往病史、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、淋巴结清扫术、术中出血量、术中自体输血、围术期异体输血、术后病理、术后随访资料等。所有患者手术出院后均随访一年，前3个月每个月随访一次，3个月后每3个月随访一次。随访方式为遵医嘱复诊或电话联系。本研究随访截止日期为2022年5月。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）病理诊断明确的口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者。（2）首次根治性手术治疗在广西医科大学附属口腔医院进行。

Inclusion criteria

（1）patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors with definite pathological diagnosis. （2）the first radical operation was performed in the Stomatological Hospital affiliated to Guangxi Medical University.

排除标准：

（1）麻醉记录单及病历资料书写不完整或存在明显错误者。（2）首次全麻下根治性手术治疗未在我院进行的患者。（3）合并有其他系统恶性肿瘤的患者。（4）术后随访资料缺乏的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Anesthesia records and medical records are incomplete or there are obvious errors. (2) the patients who were not treated by radical operation under general anesthesia for the first time in our hospital. (3) patients with malignant tumors of other systems. (4) patients with lack of postoperative follow-up data.
