研究目的：

(1)To investigate the effectiveness of adapted MAP on ADHD symptoms in Chinese ADHD adults (2)To explore the mechanisms by which MAP affects ADHD symptoms through executive function and delay aversion using RCT.  

Objectives of Study：

（1）研究改编版正念意识练习项目对中国成人注意力缺陷/多动障碍（ADHD）症状的有效性 （2）使用随机对照试验探索正念意识练习项目通过执行功能和延迟厌恶影响中国成人注意力缺陷/多动障碍症状的机制

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18-59岁的中国成年人。
（2）已被诊断患有多动症或符合多动症筛查标准。
（3）能听懂普通话。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Chinese adults aged 18-59.
(2)Have been diagnosed with ADHD or meet screening criteria for ADHD.
(3)Be able to understand and read Putonghua.

排除标准：

（1）在过去6个月内有药物滥用/依赖。
（2）在过去的6个月内练习过正念冥想。
（3）目前接受过任何药物治疗或心理治疗。
（4）在过去6个月内被诊断患有抑郁症、焦虑症或任何其他精神疾病。
（5）在过去6个月内有过自杀或自残的行为或想法。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Had substance abuse/ dependence within the last 6 months.
(2)Practiced mindfulness meditation in the past 6 months.
(3)Received any medication or psychotherapy currently.
(4)Diagnosed with depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, or any other psychiatric disorders during the past 6 months.
(5)Had suicidality or self-harm (acts or thoughts) within the last 6 months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集主要分为线上模式（问卷星）和纸质版模式。数据最终会以Excel或SPSS的形式存储在研究负责者的私人笔记本电脑里，纸质版数据则用密封袋包装由研究负责者进行保管。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection is mainly divided into online mode (https://www.wjx.cn/) and paper version. The data will eventually be stored in the person's private laptop computers in the form of Excel or SPSS. The paper version data is kept by a sealed bag packaging.
