研究目的：

研究具有清热利咽、益气养阴功效的中药袋泡茶包对气阴两虚，热毒客咽型IgA肾病患者的疗效及安全性，为临床治疗IgA肾病提供新的方法和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine tea bags with the effects of clearing heat and improving pharynx, invigorating qi and nourishing Yin on patients with deficiency of qi and Yin and heat poisoning pharynx type IgA nephropathy, providing a new method and idea for clinical treatment of IgA nephropathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-80岁； ②经肾活检及临床检查确诊为原发性IgA肾病； ③符合中医证候气阴两虚，热毒客咽证型； ④eGFR≥45ml/min/1.73m^2； ⑤知情并同意参加本次研究者。

Inclusion criteria

① The age of 18-80 years old; ② The patient was diagnosed with primary IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy and clinical examination. ③ Consistent with the TCM syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency, heat poison pharynx syndrome type; ④eGFR≥45ml/min/1.73m^2; ⑤ Informed and agreed to participate in the study.

排除标准：

①妊娠及哺乳期妇女； ②对本研究中的药物过敏者； ③1个月内使用过抗生素者； ④合并有心、脑、肺，造血系统等严重原发性疾病者； ⑤中重度水肿患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pregnant and lactating women; ② Patients with drug allergy in this study; ③ Patients who have used antibiotics within 1 month; ④Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, lung and hematopoietic system; ⑤Patients with moderate and severe edema.
